Teton County Fire District is seeking an experienced fire service leader to serve as our next Deputy Chief of Operations.

This executive leadership position works directly with the Fire Chief to oversee district-wide emergency operations, personnel development, training, operational readiness, strategic planning, and organizational improvement. The Deputy Chief directly supervises Battalion Chiefs and plays a key command role during major incidents.

We’re looking for a proven leader with strong operational experience, sound judgment, and a commitment to developing people and building a strong, professional fire service.

Seasonal Wildland Firefighter

Seasonal Wildland Firefighter:

TCFPD is accepting applications for candidates to fill Seasonal Wildland Firefighter positions. Seasonal Wildland Firefighters will work on wildland fires and hazard fuels reduction projects funded by grants on an as needed basis. The department provides training and supervision for this position. Considerable time and commitment are necessary to obtain required qualifications for this position.

Teton County Fire Protection District is an all-hazards response agency with a combination staff of professional career and reserve (part time/volunteer) firefighters.
